We are sorry things didn’t work out for you. Please contact us by WhatsApp 787-226-5774, if you have any problems with your purchase.
- Returns
- We accept returns within seven (7) days upon receiving the merchandise for most items except final sales, sequin or night dress clothing and accessories.
- You may exchange items or return them for store credit.
- We’ll offer store credit or exchanges only if items are unworn, unused, or unaltered. Footwear must be in the original packaging.
- All original packaging should be included. Place the shoes in the original box and ship the shoebox in a separate shipping box.
Note: Placing the shipping label on the shoebox will result in a denial of store credit or exchange.
The package must be previously authorized for return. How do I receive authorization?
- Start your return by sending us your name, invoice, and item number.
- Indicate the reason for your return.
- You will have 5 days to return the merchandise after your return approval.
- Once the package is received and verified for conditions the store credit will be processed immediately.
Note* Original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping charges are at your own cost.
